While knowing there\u2019s challenge,<\/span><\/p>\n

A major amount<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

It\u2019s listening and being.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s giving out grace.<\/span><\/p>\n

Creating some beauty inside your own space.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Look out around you,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then look within,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Trust that some people want you to win.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Encourage the struggling.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Celebrate all.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bring out the bandaids when there is a fall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

There are expectations,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And don\u2019t forget,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can\u2019t burst a bubble without getting wet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Everyone struggles and everyone knows<\/span><\/p>\n

This only works if everyone grows.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t expect to get through unchanged.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Your heart and your mind will be rearranged.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

It\u2019s going to stretch you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s going to hurt.<\/span><\/p>\n

And, mostly likely, you\u2019ll end up in the dirt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

But in all the struggle, the chaos, the din,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll notice you actually start to fit in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
