If you found this page you are, likely, looking for support either for yourself or a loved one. Perhaps you know it is time to address some issues or make s life change but know help making sense of next steps. Perhaps you notice some something holding you back from feeling you can face life’s challenges. No matter where you are on this continuum, I’m here to help.

I recently added coaching as a way to assist people who do not need the deep healing services of a Mental Health Counselor. Coaches have broader geographic reach and often conduct services via phone or video.

It is not unusual for people to be confused about the difference between counseling and coaching, it can be befuddling to figure out which is the right fit. I’ve included a graphic below to help you decide which approach fits your needs.

You can use the information on this graphic to decide whether counseling or coaching is right for you. You can also schedule a free 15 minute consult to ask questions and discuss options.

It is important to know that once we have established a professional relationship, we must stay in the same lane. That means you can see a coach and a counselor at the same time but professional ethics demand I serve in only one role with any individual.
