About Jennifer

Meet Jennifer Lubanski, MA, LMHC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, pastor, writer, and trauma-informed practitioner with more than two decades of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through seasons of deep change, emotional pain, and spiritual complexity.

My work is shaped by the conviction that healing occurs where truth and compassion meet.
Across the years, I have walked with clients navigating:

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • Spiritual abuse and church betrayal

  • Anxiety, grief, and internal overwhelm

  • Identity confusion and shame

  • Distressing spiritual experiences

  • Autism spectrum and neurodiversity

  • Parent–child attachment repair

I have professional training in:

  • EMDR

  • Attachment-based interventions

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Cognitive and behavioral therapies

  • Parent-focused programs (Homebuilders, Incredible Years)

  • Child and family clinical systems

I’m also shaped by my pastoral background and my long-standing work in spiritual formation, teaching, and writing. My Messages of Faith column in the Daily Record reflects my belief that Scripture speaks honestly and compassionately into human experience.

My heart is to walk with clients as they rediscover identity, re-establish community, and restore communication within themselves and their relationships, so they can come home to wholeness and truth.

A Note on Outpost One

In addition to my counseling practice, I serve in a separate pastoral ministry called Outpost One.
Outpost One provides:

  • Deliverance ministry

  • Healing prayer

  • Pastoral care

  • Multi-church support

This ministry is completely distinct from clinical counseling.
Clients seeking pastoral or deliverance services are welcome to explore Outpost One separately.
